The SliTaz community has moved to Maille, a forum made for SliTaz.

We looked hard for a replacement for this aging forum, including a move from bbPress to FluxBB last June. But spam bots now get through sign-up even with mail confirmation, and these forum engines are barely maintained anymore. So we wrote a forum in the SliTaz spirit: small, fast, no JavaScript, works on old machines and in text browsers. Everything here stays readable.

Login using a LDAP server?

Hi.

Slitaz 4.0, I have a samba+ldap server running in our network, I have setup slitaz to query the ldap server, is working.

But I cannot figure out how to setup slitaz to use our LDAP server for login?

I want to use the same user we already have ir our LDAP server.

Interesting question. Doing a little googling I found that it's possible through PAM, which probably means you'll need to install the pam_ldap and slim-pam packages. On how to configure it so it works, I'm yet to find a definitive guide hmm
