Do you really need that your proxy has SOCKS services ?

VPN is VPN, proxy is proxy. OpenVPN may not be of any help for your goal.

(as far as I know, I am not really an expert in proxies and VPN and other private networks).

for proxy use http://proxy-zone.net

for vpn use proXPN and CyberGhostVPN, search on google for these.

I think you need a good vpn service. There is a vpn review site where is a list of some best vpn providers. The sevices of those vpn providers are very good and those are totally safe. You can use any one form the list. I think it can help you. The list is here: VPN UK
