ATI Catalyst 9 or 10 package, everything really slow

Hello im trying to install Catalyst 9 but when trying to start a game everything is sooooo

slow same with version 10 of catalyst package.

Any tips and tricks i should know about?

hmm might be that im running on a completely fresh motherboard
