Cant get packages to show up after install?

Hello,

Thank you Slitaz for bringing this old computer back from the dead! I love it, so fast!   

I need help, after installing some packages like Chrome I cant seem to find how to get the software to show up in the menu so I can run the new installed software. Could someone please point me in the right direction?

By the way this is a full install to hard drive using 4.0

I got it. Just open the terminal. Su username then for use the get
