There's being a newbie and then there's totally obfuscating a question by providing the least amount of information possible.

Even the information you provide is obfuscated. You cannot get that terminal response without having downloaded and booted SliTaz 4. You also seem to have worked out how to login as root. Did you perhaps mean that you're trying to INSTALL SliTaz 4?

When in doubt about something, be verbose on how you got to that point in the first place. That means explaining ALL the steps you took: Which iso image you downloaded. How you created the LiveCD or LiveUSB. What kind of machine are you running it on (Tell us the model, CPU type, speed and RAM size). Is it a real or virtual machine? Tell us how you booted it. Which option you picked at the LiveCD boot menu. Tell us how you logged in.

Get it? Tell us everything!
