slitaz package for libaio.so.1

Hi all,

   I need the "libaio" library to use a Ruby Oracle driver in Slitaz, but I could not find it in the TaZ repository.

   Can somebody create a  Taz package for it?  If not, I would do it myself to contribute to the project but what are the steps to create a package and post it to the community?
