Get rid of warning problem when load programs from console.

So I add "<cachedir>/var/cache/fontconfig</cachedir>" to /etc/fonts/local.conf and all errors go away

In case of slitaz, you have to create the local.conf file. The /var/cache/fontconfig exist in Slitaz.

The fontconfig warning problem that appears when you load leafpad, google-chrome etc on your slitaz.
