Cartoonist

Hi, we need a cartoonist for the Newsletter. The old cartoonist

has left the project and it would be nice if we could have some

artwork in the Newsletter. Please reply to this group or the

mailing list.

Here's what I got so far. It's actually alot harder than I thought it would be, but I'm getting the hang of it (and thank god for the path tool!). I discovered I'm not the best copywriter though, so anybody that can come up with a SliTaz comic story and dialog, please post it! I'll finish the last panel tonight:

maybe the last panel can show the guy mounting the device first. I had so much trouble figuring out that I needed to mount the usb install disc or the install would fail.

Pretty cool comic. Also the characters need eyes and mouths still.

Actually, it's intentional that I left out the facial features. I'm trying to follow in a similar vain to the original cartoonist and xkcd. Mine still needs work though

Good idea on instructional comics though

Nice to hear, that newsletter is back) Too bad slitaz is as frozen, as in ice age - we dont even have RC

I actually forgot to finish that cartoon - lol. Then again, I suck at writing plots and didn't have a nice way to finish it either

So if people can come up with plots and maybe dialogs, I'll do the basic cartoons (it's pretty easy if you use the line tool in GIMP )
