how to load ethernet card as a module

Please can anyone tell me how to load my ethernet controller : Realtek Semiconductor RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet Controller as a module ??

/etc/rcS.conf has a LOAD_MODULES statement where you can specify a particular module to be loaded if it is not automatically detected by the kernel.
