Try to install current cooking

I am very new at linux and slitaz as I am sure this post will reveal. I want to upgrade from slitaz 3.0 to the current cooking. It asks for what partition is the upgrade installed in. What and where is this partion or how do I find out? Or am I even doing this right at all by selecting "upgrade" as opposed to "install" (I assume that means it would be treated as a fresh install? Also I am assuming that "upgrade" implies that it simply upgrades the OS while preserving your files, I hope?).

There are too many differences between 3.0 and cooking to do an upgrade.

Install from the cooking iso
