Not yet no. I've tried to compile Minetest myself. You could try compiling irrlicht by hand though.

Never tried it in Wine. The Debian package could probably be converted over (using the right libraries from Debian's repository) to make it work.

I haven't actually played MineTest yet, but the server idea has interested me since I've never played MineCraft
