Two "Notify me of follow-up posts via email" boxes

Hi there,

There are two tickable boxes for

"Notify me of follow-up posts via email"

below here when I'm composing a New Topic in the Forum.

What are their respective functions? Should both be ticked off to receive follow-up posts, or will one do?

I don't know but the only difference is that one has tabindex 38 but I'm not sure what that means
