USB Live flash to USB flash drive

Hi,

So far have installed the iso to USB flash drive using unetbootin.   Trying to

install from there to another USB flash drive for a permanent install and the rootfs.gz

file fails to be read or mounted.   Tried the mount -o loop slitax-3.0.iso /media/cdrom

and a ntfs-3g error says Failed to access volume...no such file or directory.

What's a quick way to put that file where it's readable for this beginner ????
