Problems installing slitaz 4.0

Whenever I try to boot slitaz 4.0 I cannot boot in slitaz, it gets stuck at "Switched to NOHz Mode on CPU#1 " I can boot to the other options which do not contain the installer or to the command line

can some1 please help me install using command line or booting in live mode? (GUI preferred )

You can't boot on a Live or on SliTaz installed ?

I have this message with a LiveUSB I've done with unetbootin but I suspect my USB stick's damaged.

Well I get that from a USB stick i made using LILI

but it works and installs just fine on a virtual machine, Maybe the problem is with one of my hardware devices/drivers, I'll try installing using the cli

Burned to CD, installs fine now. problem solved

I am installing slitaz to my HDD right now. I have to do it manually (no internet). Everything seems to go good until I enter 

# cp  /media/cdrom/boot/rootfs.gz  /mnt/target

Then the terminal says:

cp can't stat  '# cp  /media/cdrom/boot/rootfs.gz  /mnt/target':  no such file or directory

Can anyone help me with this?
