OpenVZ or Xen?

I am building a Proof of Concept (PoC) cluster of Slitaz machines on a couple of 2U rack mountable servers. My current builds of my customized Slitaz distros are built up on Oracle Virtualbox using dynamic allocation and VMDK with EXT3 filesystems and a host of packages.

I am curious as to other integrators / developers experience with deploying on OpenVZ and Xen 4.x... My long term goal is to move my servers into the cloud via EC2 or Rightscale under IPv6... any insights or experience in this area would be appreciated.
