Tazweb install instructions

Hi All

I just had a look at the Tazweb documentation and the blog post. I am interested in installing it on my machine(very old laptop), but I need a little help understanding the install doc.  It says I need to mkdir -p (DESTIN)(PREFIX).. etc...  I understand the destination directory, but not PREFIX.  I am a little new at this.

Stable 3.0 :

Interesting; the url is on the bottom..  I never would have thought of that;  what's the purpose of placing on the bottom?  Just curious.
