Notifications [fixing]

Currently (in SliTaz 4.0) we have installed libnotify which includes notify-send for sending pretty user notifications. Example:

[c]notify-send -u critical -i gtk-dialog-warning Warning "Battery low!"[/c]
It not working and not write any errors. O_o

I force it to work by manual installing notification-daemon.

Now it working:

Should we add notification-daemon to libnotify depends?

Yes, of course! Or... maybe? Or... hmm, noway! Why?

We need about 1.5MiB additional depends to notifications works.
