How to make a bootable tar

I went here to build my own flavor:

It down loads as tar.bz2.

Can some one let me know how to do this?

pizza.slitaz.me is broken

Has to be purged and restarted by pankso or erjo before it will build any iso's.

Last built iso was October19,2012 :

Distro log:

A rootfs exists in : /home/slitaz/distro

Please clean the distro tree or change directory path.
