wine system fonts on slitaz - unreadable characters

In all windows wine system fonts deduce unreadable characters.

It is somehow connected with locale?

At me slitaz-4.0 locale RU

How it is possible to correct this problem?

I don't think that the problem with fonts in wine exists only at Slavs, in particular at Russian.

How this problem is solved by Chineses, Japanese, Koreans, Hindus, Arabs?
