help! Login screen shows when booting from Live USB

I am trying to fix up a little netbook with Linux, and I can't seem to get a Live USB of SliTaz running correctly anymore! Each time I start it up with the Live USB, it tells me that the login failed and brings me to a login screen.

I do not know the password.

Can somebody please help me????

try root and root

Hi Jebeld17,

Do you have the boot prompt with the splash screen before the login page ?

If yes, try the irqpoll option on the boot prompt :

slitaz irqpoll

followed by the other options you need.

root/root should work too but leads to a situation you maybe want to avoid (logged as root)
