Creating Shortcut

i am trying to create shortcut to a windows partition and i make it with 2 different ways with a shell script and with a pcmanfm shortcut the problem is if i reboot the computer i need to go to pcmanfm and mount the windows partition from there so the shortcut to work i tried mounting the device with the shell script but i need root permissions. Pcmanfm mounts the device without root permissions just by clicking the drive any suggestions?

ntfs-3g, mount needs root permission

ps: i am a noob in linux so dont hit me hard
