I have a problem with loading SliTaz from LiveCD in VirtualBox.
I'm creating a new VM with 800Mb memory, then boot it from CD.
Then select boot slitaz->slitaz core live, press Tab, add options "lang=ru_RU kmap=ru sound=noconf" and press Enter. Ok, Slitaz boots without errors, but to text console.
Ok, no problem. Login as root and execute startx. Startx return an error like "/root/.xsession: can't execute /root/.config/slitaz/applications.conf". It's not surpising, because applications.conf is missing.
Ok, try /etc/init.d/slim start. Hmm, failed to execute login command. .Xdefaults and .xinitrc is here, so I have no idea why this error occurs.
Ok, edit .xsession and comment applications.conf execution. Then startx - blank black screen.
So what can I do to launch Slitaz cooking?

Ok, as I understand, latest cooking version is simply broken and willn't work at all. applications.conf is missing in system, but without this file you can't start X session.
I've copied applications.conf content from slitaz-4.0 and create the same file both in /root/... and /home/tux/... and then start X session. And at least X session has started.
So, I think, problem is solved.
Waiting for workable cooking...

Should be fixed soon. Seems application.conf was meant to be moved to slitaz-config from slitaz-tools. The change was made to slitaz-tools, but not slitaz-config. End product: applications.conf just disappeared...
