JWM no root menu

Hi All

I am testing out JWM to see how that works with my old laptop; unfortunately, I have no root menu. When I check it with [c] jwm -p [/c]  I get [c] JWM: warning:  configuration error: could not open /home/xoanan/.jwmrc or /etc/jwm/system.jwmrc[/c]

Should I attempt to remove JWM and reinstall?

Re: JWM no root menu

jwm tazpkg has 2 files , the executable /usr/bin/jwm and a sample config file /etc/jwm/sample.jwmrc

The sample config has menu entry for clex, htop, retawq, and nano.

#cp /etc/jwm/sample.jwmrc /etc/jwm/system.jwmrc

Re: JWM no root menu

That did the trick; now I just need to edit the menu options so I can get what I need; thanx!
