Create SliTaz version for developers

hi,

I currently use a ubuntu vm for my various work practice in schools (Symfony, Zend Framework, PHP, NetBeans).

This by the simple fact that I can use to develop SliTaz is missing some modules like php-apc php, php-iconv, php-intl ...

So I decide to take things in hand and to compile and create the various missing packages to provide a version of SliTaz fullest development.

I create project in Balinor Forge (my projects manager),
