Help as to isntall package tar.gz (noip-duc-linux.tar.gz)

I need to install Update Dynamic DNS Clients and low as tar.gz package from the web server to configure apache http://no-ip.com with Dynamic IP ..

How do I install?

You're going to have to compile it yourself though, which means you'll need slitaz-toolchain at the very least.
