I started a new thread

here with slackware 13.1 and

Firefox 3.6.13   jpg working - txt not working

Opera   11.01    jpg working - txt not working

ok now SliTaz 4.0 oriinal CD without updates

Midori     png  working     txt  not working

Tazweb     png  working     txt  not working

Firefox    png working      txt  not working

it might be a permission issue for normal users - like Mojo as Admin is able to upload txt - and we normal user not ????

I think it was once possible for a member to upload txt, but thats long time ago...

but I do not rember if it was still in Vanilla forum or also in the new one...

It's this one. Maybe we should ask erjo to have a look at it. If I remember correctly, Wordpress splits files by mime type into different directories. If the one wasn't user writeable, then a normal user wouldn't be able to upload to it - hence the issue we're getting.
