Help.. receive too many packets.

I receive too many packets .. As if the browser is closed. The connection was slow. I make a #TOP and takes more CPU midori .. The system is unstable and slit twice and reinstall .. I receive too many packets without stopping.

I'm being attacked by ping?

I keep receiving packets and the size in MB  o steadily increasing .. when you boot the PC and start the download and not open anything
