questions about tazdev chroot for cookutils (SliTaz Cooking Version)

standard packages in a "tazdev chroot" is currently out of date, may I use "tazpkg upgrade" to upgrading that standard package in tazdev chroot

the following packages need upgrade:

tazpkg 4.6.3 to tazpkg 4.7.1

tazusb 2.4 to tazusb 3.0

tazlito 4.1 to tazlito 4.2

slitaz-tools 4.2.1 to slitaz-tools 4.4.1

and many other

Should be relatively safe to upgrade Cooking, although depending on when you started using Cooking, some functions may have changed like the inclusion of tazweb and tazpanel as a replacement for Control Box and many of the other boxes including tazpkgbox. There was also a shift in the udev system at one point.
