This relates back to a post about Slitaz not booting on older Dell machines. I had been struggling with several Linux distros on this machine. I was sure Slitaz was the solution, but I had to go to Wary Puppy Linux, built on kernel 2.6.32, which had 3 intel video drivers titled: 710, 810 and intel. Both the 810 and intel drivers worked, but wary puppy's footprint on memory is larger than Slitaz.
I don't know where to start creating a Slitaz system that will work.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
