mutt_dotlock

After some researching I ended up with mutt as the easiest mailer to send messages from the command line.

When trying out the syntax I encountered a problem which makes me think there is a file missing in the package.

This is my sample output:

root@svm01:/etc# mutt -s "test05" no-spam@gmail.com -a /nas46/ebook/EN/T/Thomas

\ Harris/The\ Silence\ of\ the\ Lambs\ -\ Thomas\ Harris.mobi < /etc/hosts

sh: /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock: not found

Couldn't lock /root/sent

Could not send the message.

root@svm01:/etc#

The exe-file mutt_dotlock is not included in the package.

Please advise.
