"[] kernel_thread_helper+0x6/0x10" loading freeze

Hello all. I success install "slitaz-4.0.iso" (MD5 is okay) on my 8 GB Transcend (FAT32) flash drive with UNetbootin (under Windows) and try to load OS on my ACER Asphire notebook, in UNetbootin loader I select "Default" (it does not matter), and after five seconds I can see last line:

[<c1003a76>] kernel_thread_helper+0x6/0x10

And nothing more. End of loading. What's the problem?

SliTaz 3.0 does not have this trouble. Only 4.0.
