Synaptic touchpad scrolling

How DO I disable the scrolling bar on my synaptics touchpad? It greatly interferes with my simple mouse movements. Thanks

/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/45-synaptics.conf

i suspect of vertedgescroll and Horizedgescroll

i think that after edit you should logout-login to see difference
