"requesting events from kernel" .. I found a solution ?

I just use Slitaz on frugal mode

-I notice that on DELL laptops, sometimes (randomly ?), the boot freeze at that level (message in the title) with some leds on the keyboard twinkling. Adding a "rootdelay" doesn't seem to fix this issue 

-I also notice that is possible to use wireless by installing the right firmware even while removing the wireless module in the boot sequence in rcS.conf 

Obviously, this trick avoid the problem in the first point. There's a logical reason ?

Anyone has same experience on Dell laptops ?
