slitaz tank 20110916 release

I have started work on a fork of slitaz called slitaz-tank. This is meant to someday replace the slitaz current source dvd. This is just the livecd part of slitaz-tank. The full slitaz-tank will be close to 8gb since it will be all source tarball and packages. Slitaz-tank is far more up to date then current slitaz cooking. Like 647 updates. libpng is updated to 1.4.8 so cooking packages will not work since all cooking packages are build with libpng 1.2.44.

Let's clarify for users that are new to linux and slitaz.

The slitaz cooking repo's tazpkgs are not compatible with slitaz-tank-2011-09-16.iso

Software for slitaz-tank-2011-09-16.iso requires a clone of https://bitbucket.org/godane/wok-tank and cooking (compile/package) your own repo.
