How to change default repository from "4.0" to "cooking"?

I using stable 4.0, all works

but it use only "stable" repository

I want to add "cooking" and install new packages by default from "cooking" on "stable 4.0" system

[c]tazpkg set-release cooking[/c] - But I don't recommend it because it may break your SliTaz 4 install.
