CF Install recommendations

Hi All,

Did a manual install to CF as per wiki and it all just worked! I used rootfs4 I think as it was the smallest yet I dont really know what the difference is?

So, two questions really

* What is the difference / why are there rootfs1, rootfs2 etc

* For compact flash cards do I need to ammend my fstab at all?

  Been reading about noatime but #mount shows relatime for /dev/root

How come everything is working without '/dev/hda1 / ext2 defaults 0 0' type expression in /etc/fstab

rootfs4.gz =base

rootfs4.gz + rootfs3.gz=justx

rootfs4.gz + rootfs3.gz+rootfs2.gz=gtkonly

rootfs4.gz + rootfs3.gz+rootfs2.gz+rootfs1.gz=core

Change your fstab,see what it does.

Slitaz file system runs in ram:

Study these scripts to understand how Slitaz initialises on boot

/init

/etc/init.d/bootopts.sh

Awesome! I took a guess and installed the right thing! I will check those suggestions.
