SliTaz base and gpm

Hi

I am trying a lot of stuff in SliTaz base. The most important question seems to work in it with comfort and for comfort is the use of the mouse an important standard!

In some other distros (Debian f. ex.) the mouse works immediately after the installation of gpm, in SliTaz and console only, not!

How to activate the mouse in console only mode (and starting directly from ISO file: no restart possible...)?

# /etc/init.d/gpm start

Hi

Thank you for the prompt answer. I did immediately try it.

# /etc/init.d/gpm start

starts the mouse cursor but the applications (retawq / links) don't receive / actualize the cursor position.
