How to set correct screen resolution?

Hello

My screen resolution of 1024x768 @ 85.

In most distribs to set correct resolution helping cheatcodes: nomodeset, vga = 791

In Slitaz does not help.

Someone tell me how to set the correct resolution? (in Slitaz Live, and in the installed on HDD)

Re: How to set correct screen resolution?

Hi

vga = 791 helps only on some computer / video card / screen/ OS combinations in commando line, not in the graphic Xwindow. is that, what you want (you doesn't report enough about your equipement, your Slitaz system (all Slitaz system have a name! see at download time what you computer did say, and what you have actually alt. will have after the change you are asking for)?

Re: How to set correct screen resolution?

Try the screen=1024x768x24 cheat code:

http://doc.slitaz.org/en:handbook:livecd

or try downloading your Xorg driver with tazx and them using Applications---> Preferences---> Monitor Settings to change the resolution.
