IS there a good working NES emulator package for SliTaz? I tried Mednaden from Trixar_za's site, but I cant get it to load, even from command line, thanks!

Yeah... Been meaning to fix that. Took you guys long enough to notice
Luckily SliTaz 4 and up has the great fceux emulator in repository which allows you to play NES roms

HAHA, I can't believe nobody else asked about this. So since my first post I tazpkg Converted an ubuntu 10.04 .DEB package of FCE ultra and it works via command line pretty good. I tried doing the same with the Gnome graphical front end ubuntu 10.04 deb file, but when it loads I get:
" gfceu ERROR code 76: Could not find the alsa OSS wrapper. GFCEU will not be able to share the shound device with other applications. On Debian based systems (like ubuntu), try the following commmand: sudo apt-get install alsa-oss" and only option is close button
after hitting the close button the front end loads up but wont load a Rom or do anything.

Use SliTaz's FCEUX and not the converted one. A converted version will never work - I've tried before.

Ok Ill give it a try, I didnt know Slitaz had one. Trixar_za, please post when you fix the Mednafen package, Id be excited to try it out!

I'll have to fix the command line client and the front-end. Probably will work better now with Python fixed, so it shouldn't be too hard.
