Using custom packages (receipt) in a custom flavor

I feel like I'm asking a really dumb question, but yet, I've searched and can not find the solution. I just installed cooking recently. I've been able to create a custom flavor w/ additional packages. (ran into the lzma corruption issue, but successfully switched to gzip) I also built my own receipt and was able to cook it successfully. It ended up in packages-incoming, so I did a tazwok check-incoming which I think is supposed to push it to packages. (And it did move the .tazpkg there, and added the info to /home/slitaz/cooking/work/packages*)

I then added the new package to my flavor's package.list, just like I added other official packages, but tazlito never tries to build it in. I've tried every flavor of building a chroot (http://doc.slitaz.org/en:devnotes:cook-flavor-from-scratch and http://hg.slitaz.org/cookutils/raw-file/f2a39a4e6bb8/doc/cookutils.en.html) The former starts to go south at the step to install tazwok-experimental and the latter doesn't like my receipt in the least.

Any help? I'd really appreciate it! -- please feel free to point me at the docs.. I've looked and searched and googled, and I just can't figure out what I'm missing or doing wrong!
