custom live cd

I installed slitaz and customized it, added/removed packages, etc. and I am now making a custom (isolinux) boot menu. After using tazlito to create the iso, I booted it up and it loads just fine but it has kept my language/keyboard selection. I don't want that and I can't figure out how to make it prompt me for the language/keyboard that I want to use when I start it. Preferably, I would like the option to select the language and keyboard using the GUI menu just like when you start the slitaz live cd.

Is there a way to make it forget the language/keyboard when I create the iso?

Also, when I use tazlito to write the iso, it asks if I want to remove the sound card and screen configs. Other than these, is there any other user preferences/configs I should also remove prior to making my iso?

Thank you!!
