xset DPMS (Energy Start)

value default:

$ xset q

DPMS (Energy Star):

  Standby: 600 Suspend: 600 Off: 600

If I run the following lines, I can modify the monitor shutdown time for each session.

(0 = monitor on / x sec = monitor off)

$ xset dpms 0 0 0

$ xset s reset

$ xset off

$ xset q (verify)

question:

how I can change the default values of DPMS, without having to change each session? permanently?

without resorting to a script

Re: xset DPMS (Energy Start)

I just found all DPMS options here:
