Why the forum is no list of users who are now present in the forum?

Or am I wrong to use the settings?

By default no, but the there is a plugin the SliTaz guys can install to the forum to give it that functionality by default @ http://bbpress.org/plugins/topic/members-online/

Alternatively, you can go to SliTaz Community Network and post from there. It has an last-active user list on the side.
