Wiki Server using Slitaz

Thought someone might want to know - I am running tazwikiss with password access on a Neoware model CA-19 with a 120 MB flash drive, VIA Eden 400 MHz Processor, 244 MB RAM. I have a bunch of these lying around.

It is running version 4.0 core with tazwikiss only. Amazingly, it takes up 24.8 MB space on the drive and 20.3 MB RAM! And the performance is just as fast as an Atom server when it comes to serving the wiki pages.

Now, I am thinking it would be nice to do the same thing on a MK802, GK802 and similar dongle PCs - http://liliputing.com/tag/mini-pc to save on power.

Is Slitaz available on these ARM platforms?

Hello, sidhu.

I'm not sure it will help, but you should search "raspberry" on forums, instead of ARM, to get more info on slitaz and ARM.

The raspberry pi should do the job - its cheaper than MK802, GK802, has Ethernet and it is the only arm device with slitaz support:

a.  Qty 12 CA 19's - $25 including shipping in USA, no power cable

Yea I see all those sub $100 USD devices on liliputing. My kids school has also ordered an evaluation model coolship which is a computer in a keyboard for around 90. What I'd like to see is the same form factor - small device but with an ethernet connector. Plug it into a router directly and may be a power usb port. 1 Gig RAM and we can run Slitaz server services!
