RFE : add transfig (aka fig2dev) to xfig

Hi,

Currently the xfig package only contains xfig. But xfig is almost useless without fig2dev (the software that converts Fig drawings into graphic files).

The receipt "suggests" "transfig", but there's no such package. Thus I'm kindly requesting either:

- add a transfig package, or

- include fig2dev into the xfig package.

The second option sounds cleaner & simpler (I doubt any real xfig user would want it without fig2dev).

It works as far as I can tell (tested pdf, eps, combined latex/ps/pdf, jpeg).
