PCManFM problems - file properties, associations, open with..., archives, delete

By default, python scripts are opened in Beaver.

I prefer Geany.

I can't change default application to open with in 'foobar.py' properties.

I can do it with video files changing from vlc to mplayer etc

I foundworkaround though:

Remove beaver,install beaver. Now geany is default app but still...

Also small issue with bz2 archives. When I right-click there is no 'extract' option

(but when I double click it opens in Xarchiver)

and at last very small but annoying thing:

I go t used to delete file(s) by selecting it then SHIFT+DEL, ENTER (confirm)

However the pop up window 'REALLY DELETE FILES?' has [NO] button highlit, how to change it to [YES] ?

try to change to spacefm - it will be default in 5.0, but is also available in 4.0

Spacefm doesn't show devices in side pane (I made bookmarks -> /media, /mnt), and although it has built-in unarchiver it has no right-click archive options (or I missed something?).

My favourite linux file manager is Thunar - it doesnt show devices either, but I like drag'n'drop bookmarks and it works fine with xarchiver.

Off-topic:

How often slitaz-rolling.iso is released and is it possible to download older versions ?

Im not coder but having some spare time I volunteer for beta-testing :-)

if not click right in the left up window and select show internal devices

just dubble click the compressed files and they are untared, ziped whatever....

rollings are released at the moment something once a week - not regularly, I think it depends if there are important changes - you can check - if there is a new one:

1. No, in my install it doesn't. The device pane is empty. I think the version in 'rolling' works fine, but I want to stay with 4.0 for now.

2. As I said, UNARCHIVING works nicely but how to CREATE archive? Thunar has 'compress' option in right-clik menu (do I miss some plugins or packages? Thunar has archive-plugin in separate package).

3. Im chceking everyday still 25 march ;-)

Reinstalled system - I stay with pcman - works fine with archives. I must have messed something up before.

Latest rolling - still doesnt mount /home :-(
