nanorc does not have any effect on nano usage

hi team,

whatever options i use in nanorc seem to be having no effect on nano, neither syntax highlighting for bash files work, nor does smooth scrolling or tabsize, anybody face similar issue? how did you resolve it?

copied /etc/nanorc to my home directory and renamed it to .nanorc and now it works fine.

seems my head does not work till i post the issue on the forum

Yes, here is little fail in the nano receipt (and I have no my wifi internet at the moment to fix receipt, writing on smartphone).

strace nano shows that nano looking rc in a weird place: /usr/etc/nanorc (must be /etc/nanorc); then looking for the ~/.nanorc

Maintainers, try to add --sysconfdir=/etc to configure options into receipt.
