Tazpanel password

A couple of suggestions for future releases of Tazpanel. The only way I was able to change the Tazpanel password is by manually modifying it in the httpd.conf file.

1. It would be nice if Tazpanel login password can be synced with the system password file as it appears that Tazpanel uses its own id and password.

2. If the above is too difficult at least have the Tazpanel password encrypted in the httpd.conf file.
