Can I browse search and download packages on non-slitaz machine?

I mean something like  this:

http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages#search_packages

If your OS is Slitaz, you can download and convert a Debian package into a Slitaz package with the command

#tazpkg convert pack.deb

then

#tazpkg install pack.tazpkg
