Configuring VPN with OpenVPN

I am having a difficult time configuring a VPN connection using OpenVPN and am hoping that someone might be able to point me the right direction.  First, I looked at this page: http://doc.slitaz.org/en:guides:vpn and based on that, I installed the OpenVPN package.  When I go into the "Configure Networking" app now, under VPN, I see a tab for OpenVPN.  However, I don't see a way to create a new connection.  Is this something that can only be done through the terminal?  If so, I would greatly appreciate any advice on a good doc to follow for that.

What does clicking the Web button do? You can configure OpenVPN through it's web interface.

Does https://localhost:943/admin work?

No, doesn't appear anything is listening on 943 on this machine.
